Owner and cook Nikki Lund opened Boot and Buckle Cafe in the August of 2009, with a vision of creating one of Topsham's most unique dining experiences. Nikki has spent most of her life working in her parents restaurants. Now, Nikki brings her down home cooking to every dish she creates. And Nikki is a true Maine cowgirl, she's owns many horses and is a competitive barrel racer. Most weekends, in the Summer, you'll find Lund and her son, Jake, turnin' and burnin' around those barrels and poles.
